    Giritale - Sigiriya - Dambulla - Nuwara Eliya (205 kms/approx. 4 hours)
    After breakfast, check-out from the hotel and drive towards Sigiriya - one of the oldest cities in Sri Lanka and is declared as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Upon arrival, explore the Sigiriya Rock Fortress, which encompasses a series of flights and galleries. This lofty rock fortress, measuring about 180 m in height, has several inscriptions of poems, alternatively called Sigiri graffiti. After an insightful tour of Sigiriya, depart for Dambulla and explore its majestic Golden Temple – an archaeological site that holds great historical significance.     This morning after breakfast proceed for Excursion to Galle (56 Kms/45 minutes’ drive approx). Visit the Dutch Galle Fort ... you may choose to enjoy a boat ride for whale and dolphin watching in Mirissa. You can also go on a glass bottom boat ride to the coral reef, and enjoy scuba diving in Hikkaduwa. Visit the Turtle Hatchery in Kosgoda and opt to enjoy a boat ride on Madu River, which is famous for its biodiversity. Also visit the blowhole in Induruwa. Rest of the day at leisure.
